Relationship style
How do you meet others?
32 short statements about how you behave when you are with other people. At the end you see your place in the relationship circle: between taking the lead and giving room, between closeness and distance. Each of the eight styles has its own strengths. Answer as you usually are, not as you would like to be.

Your relationship style
The circle shows eight ways of meeting other people. None is better than another; each has its strengths. The further a segment reaches outwards, the more that style applies to you. Your dot shows where your answers lean overall. It is a snapshot of your tendencies at this point in your life, not a complete picture of you.

All eight styles
Most people carry several styles within them and switch depending on the situation and the person in front of them. The scores show how much the statements for each style apply to you.

Relationship style and personality together
How you meet others is closely linked to who you are. The personality test adds the Big Five to your picture. Soon your personal Ordinum report will bring all tests together into a detailed picture of you.
Based on: the public-domain IPIP Interpersonal Circumplex (IPIP-IPC) by Markey and Markey (2009) from the International Personality Item Pool. Eight styles with four statements each; the style names are deliberately chosen to be neutral. The two axes, taking the lead and closeness, are derived from all eight style scores after subtracting your personal average. Scores show your answers on a scale from 0 to 100, not comparisons with a population sample. Ordinum is meant for self-understanding and does not replace psychological assessment.
